Founded in 1987, DataSite was the first company to specialize in Data Center Monitoring. Our mission was to provide the most reliable, most user-friendly Environmental Monitoring System on the market. Our commitment to this goal remains unchanged and our track record demonstrates that DataSite has lived up to this difficult challenge.

DataSite has always been a market leader. In 1988 DataSite offered the first Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) to utilize color graphics and indeed be a "graphic" based system versus a "text" based system. This quickly became an industry standard and is still the preferred display format.

In 1992 DataSite offered the industry’s first Windows based monitoring system.

In 1995 DataSite was first with a Windows 95 package and first with Windows NT.

DataSite was the first EMS vendor to offer a true Client/Server architecture. Systems can be configured with virtually unlimited nodes and unlimited monitored points.

DataSite has always been a market leader and will continue to lead with product innovations and software enhancements. As the only non-proprietary system on the market, DataSite continues to offer the most reliable, most user friendly system system available today.
